Dear Encore Families,

As our kids head back to school, we wanted to take a pause and thank you for spending some of your summer with us.  It was an absolute joy to witness the growth of our Encore swimmers this season. Seeing them improve, compete, and have fun while doing so has been incredibly rewarding. 

This would not have been possible without the dedication of our coaching staff and tremendous support of our parent volunteers. Since we were not able to say goodbye and thank you to everyone at the end-of-season Awards night, we wanted to extend a huge thank you for your time, effort, and enthusiasm - you make such a difference!

As the season has wrapped up, we'd love to hear your thoughts. Please take a few moments to fill out our survey. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us make the next season even better.

Lastly, we need a few new faces to join our Board. With three members stepping down due to other commitments and two new ‘in-training’ roles, it's essential that we fill these seats to ensure that we can have a full Board and a team next summer. If you're interested or have any questions about roles and what it involves to be a Board member, please share your contact information in the survey. We will find a role that fits your strengths and interests (and as an added bonus, you then don’t need to do shifts during the meets!). Your contribution goes a long way!
