Hi Encore Families, 

For those attending the meet this Saturday, please find additional information below and attached.  If you haven't yet signed up as a volunteer, please check with your Chair. 

Details: 

• Warm ups will start at 7:30am.  This is a 5 lane pool, so please let your swimmers know that there will not be any warm up lanes available during the meet.  Meet will start at 8am. 
• Snack shack is cash only
• Los Ranchitos is in a residential area, so allow a few minutes to find parking and make it to the pool. 
• Attached is a map showing the pool entrance, as well as the red box indicating where our team will setup at the meet.  It is not a large area, so plan accordingly.
