Hi Encore Families,

We are looking forward to a fun day tomorrow during our Intra-Team Swim Meet at Pioneer!  Please check your inbox for the meet schedule sent out by our awesome Data team.  A few reminders: 

• The pool will be open for warm-ups from 7:15am-7:55am.  Please come early enough to get your warm-up in. Team meeting with the coaches will be at 7:55am and we'll start at 8am. 
• All swimmers must be checked in before 8am to qualify for the first set of relays! 
• Please check in as volunteers and pick up your lanyard.  If you are able to volunteer for a second shift timer, please mention this at the volunteer table or swing by the Data/Timer area. 
• Please join us for the Parent Relay! Add your name to the check-in sheet to confirm that you are here and want to swim!  The relay will start after we conclude the meet.  Even if you don't fee comfortable with a 50 but feel comfortable with a 25, let us know and bring your suit! 
• Parents, it will be HOT tomorrow.  Please bring shade/tents, coolers, misters, and lots of fluids for your swimmers and yourself! 
• Open swim will start once the meet finishes and end at 1:30pm.  Family members are also welcome to join in!  While we will not allow large flotation devices, if you have a pool noodle or something small to play with, feel free to bring it with you.
