Hi Encore Families,

Thank you all for another great showing and meet against Westgate this past weekend! We will have ribbons on the pool deck tomorrow, so don’t forget to pick them up!

Upcoming Reminders:

1. Declare your Swimmer(s)! This Saturday’s IntraMeet Swimmer Sign-up will close June 18 (Wed) at 12pm. To ensure the meet and relays run smoothly, we will not be entering any swimmers that are not declared by this deadline. Thank you!!
2. Sign up for volunteer shifts! If you have issues signing up, please contact your Chair, or email [email protected] if you have questions.
3. Open Swim to Conclude Saturday’s event: This Saturday’s event will conclude with open swim until 1:30pm. Please plan to stay and have some fun in the pool. Family members and siblings are also invited to swim if they are water safe and are accompanied by an adult in the pool if they are not on the swim team.

Parent/Guardian Relay This Weekend! In preparation for Champs, we will be practicing a parent/guardian swim relay this weekend! It will be a fun ending to our meet that day, having your kids cheer for you! If you enjoy some friendly competition, please indicate your interest here.
