Hi Encore Families, 

Our Thursday Theme is Stuffed Animals!  Please add a stuffy of choice to your swim bag tomorrow morning or this evening to help your kids remember to bring one for pictures! 

Reminder: If you will be attending this weekend's meet against Westgate, please don't forget to sign up for a volunteer shift!  If your group's shifts are already taken, please let your chair know that you are interested in picking up a shift and we will work on finding one for you.  

Away Meet against Westgate Details: 

Located at Valley Christian High School Swimming Pool

Arrival Time: Please be at the pool at ~7:15am ready to warm up! Sign in with coaches before our event start time of 8am so that they can confirm who is available for relays.  Volunteers, there will also be a sign-in sheet & lanyards to pick up.  

Notables: 

- This location tends to be windy and a bit chilly.  Please pack layers for the morning hours accordingly. 

- There is a walkway in the center of the pool that is NOT to be used.  Only coaches and volunteers working the meet are allowed in this area. All others, please walk around. 

- Parking may be limited closer to the pool.  Please account for time to park and walk, or to drop off your swimmer and find parking.  

- Setup space is also tighter than at our pool, so you may want to plan for a smaller 'home base'. 

- Snack shack may only take cash (we aren't sure). Please bring some if you might be interested in purchasing something.
