Hi Encore Families, 

Our first swim meet of the season is tomorrow at Pioneer against Los Gatos!  Here is the approximate schedule:

• 6-7am: Our wonderful setup crew gets us ready! 
• 7-7:25am: Encore Team Warm Ups by age
• 7:25-7:55am: Away team Warm Ups
• 8am: National Anthem, then off to the races!

Please make sure that you check-in for your volunteer shift to get credit, and that your swimmer checks in before the meet starts so that our coaches know who is on deck for the medley relays. 

We have included additional meet information on this page of our website: https://www.encoreswimteam.com/swim-meet-info Please take a look, especially if you are new to Encore.  Meet sheets should be sent out tonight, but if they do not go out, they will be posted around the pool deck tomorrow (and you can check Swimtopia).  Attached is the order of events in case that is useful.  

Eat a good dinner, get some rest, and we'll see you ready to swim in the morning.
