Hi Team!!

We are excited to see everyone at the meet on Saturday! As a quick follow to our meet, we have secured a photographer that will join us for this Tuesday’s (6/11) practice! We will be replacing our normal practice hours with this event - please see the approximate timeline below.

Approximate Timeline:

• 5-6:30 individual photos (please wear team swimsuits)
• 6:30-6:45 getting lines set up (by height), moving swimmers into place, fixing angles, etc
• 6:45-6:55 team photo - Please do your best to at least come for this!!
• 7-8pm games and pool activities with the coaches (optional)

We encourage you to bring what you need to entertain your kids while they are waiting for the group pictures, a place to sit and food (snacks or dinner as needed), and please setup anything outside of the pool deck (to keep it out of the picture backgrounds).

We will have forms for you to fill out to purchase a package on the pool deck on Tuesday, but you can reference the sheet attached for items and pricing. They will offer typical photo packages, but also buttons, trading cards, keychains, and other items too! Photos and items ordered will come ~ the first week in July (+/-).
