Encore Families,

Tomorrow’s theme is Sports Teams! Please wear a hat, shirt, socks, pants, etc. representing any sports team and join us for a few pictures before practice starts!

Time Trials Next Tues & Wed starting at 5pm (come earlier if you can!): Please review your previous Time Trials selections, declare your attendance, and select all strokes that your swimmer(s) will be swimming if you have not already done so.  We encourage everyone to join both days, with parents volunteering for one or both shifts, and for swimmers to swim all strokes they can swim (even if not well yet).

You can make your selections from the SwimTopia app, or on our website: Swim Meets Schedule & Sign ups.  Our data team needs this information as soon as possible!

Time Trials Events Info: Events 11-44 will be on June 4th and Events 45-80 will be on June 5th (see attached picture of the schedule). Please sign up for events on days you plan to attend. If your swimmer needs a swim time on a stroke and is unable to make it one of the days, we will work with the coaches to time them during a practice.
